Lining Services (Waterford) Ltd. is a 100% Irish owned company specialising in the supply and installation of Geosynthetic products. The company was formed in 1987 and its offices are at Ballybrack, Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford.

The company has been involved in thousands of projects throughout Ireland, which involved sealing landfills, lagoons, tanks, bunds, lakes etc., the installation of pipelines for water effluent, stormwater, sewage and landfill gas; the reinforcement of soil beneath roads, railway embankments, car parks; erosion control on roadway embankments, canal, river and lake banks.

Clients include Local Authorities, Public Bodies, General Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Food and Agricultural Sectors, Golf Clubs and the General Public. The Managing Director, Mr. Niall Troy, has been involved in the business since 1987. Mr. Troy has assembled a very strong team of highly skilled and dedicated people to serve the needs of our clients and to develop the business further.

Lining Services (Waterford) Ltd. places a very high emphasis on quality and was accredited with the ISO 9002 Quality Standard in 1997 and in 2002 we were accredited with ISO 9001. The company is the only lining contractor operating in Ireland to successfully achieve ISO accreditation. Our reputation for quality was instrumental in the company being awarded the liner installation contract on Stage's One, Two and Three of the Arthurstown Landfill Project (approximately 65 acres), currently the largest landfill lining projects completed to date in Ireland.
