Protecting The Environment

Vnet Total Cover - Degradable Polypropylene
Vnet is a flexible lightweight woven degradable polypropylene fabric, with high initial strength, suitable for protecting landfills from water and wind erosion. It is a non-permanent, photodegradable fabric. As polypropylene is generally unaffected by the elements, the fabric will not lose its strength. It will however degrade at a controlled rate depending on its exposure.

Wide rolls allow for minimum handling. The main function of the Degradable cover is to replace the existing requirement for covering the landfill with soil and using up valuable void space. These covers perform the same function as soil, but take up no air space whatsoever. Extra revenue can then be generated by the landfill by utilising the spare void space.
